Chinese restaurants in the United States range from steam-table lunch counters to white-tablecloth Cantonese seafood halls, and most fall somewhere in between: a laminated menu, a lunch special board, and combo plates priced a few dollars below the dinner menu. Ordering by number off the menu is normal and speeds things up, especially at takeout counters. Family-style ordering, where a table shares several dishes with rice rather than each person getting an individual entree, is standard at sit-down spots and usually cheaper per person. Many neighborhood restaurants are cash-preferred or charge a small card fee, so it is worth asking or checking the door before you order. Delivery apps cover most areas, but calling the restaurant directly is often faster and avoids the markup.

King of Prussia is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and King of Prussia follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

This was my first time at KPOT, and unfortunately, it was a really disappointing experience. Our server was Jaylin, and we were seated and told by the host that since it was our first time, our server would explain everything to us. However, our server didn’t come over to greet us until about 15 minutes after we were seated. When she finally came over, she gave us the tablet and put our soup in, but didn’t explain how to use the tablet, how to place our orders, or how anything worked. We basically had to figure everything out ourselves. Throughout the two hours we were there, we only saw our server about three times total — when she greeted us, when she brought our drinks, and when she brought our check. We tried to let her know when we needed things, but she was barely around. Our food also took a very long time to come out, and our soup eventually became almost completely empty. Our grill was completely burnt and black, and it was never changed. We were basically left trying to cook on a grill that was extremely burnt and dirty. The cleanliness was another huge issue. There was literally a dead fly in my water, and there were also flies flying around the restaurant. Finding a

We’ve been to K-Pot a few times, and we’ve always enjoyed it, but this visit really stood out. The food was great as always, and the restaurant had a great atmosphere. Our server, Yixi, made the biggest difference. She was patient, friendly, and explained everything clearly without making us feel rushed. She checked on us often to make sure we had everything we needed and was always quick to help whenever we asked for something. It never felt like she was just doing her job—it felt like she genuinely cared that we had a good experience. I’ve honestly never felt so well taken care of at a restaurant before. We’ve had other servers here, and they’ve all been good, but Yixi’s service was on another level. She was attentive without hovering, and she made us feel welcome the entire time. We ended up leaving her a 90% tip because we felt she truly deserved it. Great service is hard to find, and she made this one of the best dining experiences we’ve had. We hope she’s recognized for the effort she puts into her work because it definitely doesn’t go unnoticed.

I have been here at least a dozen times, and up until today have always had a good experience with the wait staff. Today our server was great, he tended us and his other tables with care and charisma, but the manager *sucked*. I don't know what could have happened on a random Thursday to set them up so poorly, but when I went to use the bathroom on the way out it was a mess. There was ?some kind of liquid on the floor, and when I sat down I realized that the toilet was covered in urine. I had sat in someone else's urine. Which meant the fluid on the floor? Probably not water. Horrified, I (wiped and put my pants on) went to get a manager, and couldn't help but notice a handy chart on the bathroom wall that showed it had not been serviced All Day. And finally, for the finishing touch, I found a half crushed cockroach squashed into the floor while trying to wash foreign pee off of me with no paper towels. When we finally got a manager, he was flippant and borderline rude about how he had already sent someone to take care of the bathroom - meaning it was like that long enough for more than just myself to say something. So this guy, on a Thursday, could not manage to spare anyone the e

If you eat a lot then it might be worthy the BBQ grill all you can eat for $36 in a limited time of 2hrs. You have to order more than what you think since the pictures in the menu looks more than what it comes. After the first order the waiters tends to disappear like they are playing that you ran out of time. Therefore, if you ran out of food you would have to chase the waiters to bring you more or you would have no other choice than going to the salad bar. The meat was good without any seasoning so you use many of the sauces to give the flavor when cooking it. It cooks fast enough to rotate the food quick. It burns and stick to the pan so you would need to find the waiter to replace the frying pan.

For us it is one of those experiences where you've done it and you can check it off. We were there over the weekend for the endless buffet. We were allowed to select whatever we wanted from the menu. Our waiter explained how to use the k-pot, and showed us how to cook on the pan. There are a bunch of sauces at the buffet. As well as fruits and some other snacky items. I could see this being a really fun experience for families with children cooking together. Don't forget there is ice cream at the end. We were very stuffed! Overall, it was a good experience. However, I prefer someone else do the cooking.
